By accessing or using the SevenKnots platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including administrators, staff members, and end customers interacting through the platform.
SevenKnots is an AI-powered multi-tenant SaaS platform designed for retail and food & beverage businesses, including supermarkets, grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants, and hypermarkets. The Service provides:
To use the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Each account is associated with a single tenant (business). You may not share account credentials across multiple businesses or allow unauthorized third parties to access your account.
SevenKnots offers a 14-day free trial for new accounts. During the trial period, you have access to the full feature set of the Starter plan. No credit card is required to start a trial.
After the trial period, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the Service. Subscription plans include Starter, Growth, Business, and Enterprise tiers, each with specific product limits, feature sets, and AI usage quotas. Plan details and pricing are available on our pricing page.
All subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. If payment fails, your account may be downgraded or suspended until payment is resolved. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data. You retain ownership of all data you upload to the platform, including product catalogs, order data, and customer information.
We process your data solely to provide and improve the Service. Your data is isolated per tenant using row-level security and is never shared with other tenants or third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.
The Service, including its design, code, AI models, documentation, and branding, is the intellectual property of SevenKnots. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for the duration of your subscription.
You retain all rights to your content and data. By uploading content to the Service, you grant us a limited license to process that content as necessary to provide the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SevenKnots shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through the account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay subscription fees, or if we reasonably believe your use poses a risk to the Service or other users.
Upon termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days. After this period, we may delete your data in accordance with our data retention policies.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which SevenKnots operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the platform. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
